The delivery fee is calculated based on the size and weight of the consignment. Our delivery fee starts from IDR 9.800 per kg for Jabodetabek, IDR 10.500 per kg for Java Zone 1, IDR 17.000 per kg for Java Zone 2, and IDR 23.000 for Java Zone 3 with D1 service. For non-corporate customer, payment will be done by cash in the handover spot and for corporate customer, payment will be done based on term & condition apply.
The shipment from Jakarta to all destination area under Kerry coverage sent before the cut-off time will be delivered to the destination (exclude East Java) on the next day (excluding weekends and national holidays). Every consignment has a maximum liability coverage of 10 times delivery charge or maximum IDR 1 million, whichever lesser, for damage or loss caused by Kerry Express, given that the consignment is under the claim lists.
The Customer may declare a higher liability up to IDR 25,000,000 per consignment by paying an insurance surcharge of 0.5% from declared value. In any event, Kerry Express liability shall not exceed IDR 25,000,000 per consignment and IDR 100,000,000 per occurrence. Additional insurance shall not be applicable to Prohibited Items.
